My new favorite drink

This is easily my new favorite Japanese drink.  I haven't had any yet, but I'm pretty excited.  The Japanese says 'esupuresso', which clearly translates to 'espresso', and I think the rest is pretty obvious. 

Update: it tastes like iced coffee.  Hm.
